ONLINE

  • We are happy to exchange or provide you with a refund or store credit if the product doesn't fit properly for full priced items. 
  • If this is the case please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@caughley.nz
  • We will process the refund, store credit or exchange once we have received the item back in store in perfect brand new/unworn condition with tags attached. 

IN-STORE

  • We do not issue refunds for change of mind.
  • If you do change your mind, we can offer an exchange if you have reached out within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the product is faulty or damaged.
