Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy at CAUGHLEY. Therefore we do offer exchanges and/or credit notes if you are unhappy with your product. 

IN-STORE

We are happy to process exchanges if your item was purchased at full price, is in it's original condition with tags, and we receive it back in store within 5 days of purchase. 

 

We do not issue refunds for change of mind. In these cases we can offer a store credit or exchange. Refunds will only be processed if the product is faulty or damaged. 

ONLINE

If you would like to exchange or return your online order, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@caughley.nz within 7 days. 

If the item is in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached then you may send this back to us for a refund.
